Please note that all prices below reflect the required 3% credit card surcharge. If you would prefer to pay via check or cash, please contact us via email or phone to book your service. All payments made online include a 3% surcharge. We do not accept American Express.

The assessment fee required for first-time clients will be added to your bill at the time of payment unless otherwise booked. We offer three options of payment; cash, check, or online via Stripe (3% surcharge). Please indicate whether you would like to be invoiced monthly or if you would like to be added to our automatic payment system.

All of our Nutrition programs are 3-month programs and CANNOT be booked as single month services. If you would prefer to break up the payment into three individual months, please let us know. If you are planning on renewing your program, we will only allow renewals as 3-month programs and not month-by-month.

Health & Fitness assessments are required for all new personal training bookings and nutrition services or if your account is older than 6 months. Assessments MUST be renewed every 6 months in order to remain current and in order to ensure that you are getting the best service based on your health and fitness needs. If you have previously gone through a Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, this does not count as a health/fitness assessment. Fitness assessments range from $50-$70 (see below for details) and nutrition assessments are $50.

Optional 3-month re-assessments for all of our Nutrition programs can be added to your program if you would prefer to keep a closer eye on any changes and improvements. 3-month re-assessments are $30 and can be renewed as often as desired. We also offer optional 3-month re-assessments for our Fitness programs for a fee of $40 and can be renewed as often as desired. These re-assessments are not required.
