Our Athletic Rehabilitation Program is a renewable 6-week program that includes the following: • Functional fitness & rehabilitation training based on either injury prevention or rehabilitation after certain injuries. • Functional nutrition coaching focused on rebuilding gut health, balancing hormones, & preventing/repairing malabsorption issues. • Initial assessment & screening to fully assess the athlete's medical history, fitness level, injury and surgery history, health habits and behaviors, sport schedule outline, & goals. • All materials necessary for workouts and menu plans (recipes, menu plans, shopping lists, workout PDFs, & additional information). • Emphasis on healthy communication between the athlete, La Belle Vie trainer, coach(es), parents, & any other health/medical professional that the athlete is currently working with. A comprehensive assessment and screening is done both in person and online which gives the trainer a well-rounded look at the athlete's past and current issues. This allows the trainer to create a targeted program to prevent further decline & support the athlete nutritionally and physically. When beginning the program, athletes will learn the basic function of their body as well as their anatomical restrictions and how to work within those parameters. They will gain a better understanding of how their muscles & flexibility work together and how decline can occur through improper care or poor technique. The trainer will incorporate various styles of cross-training, specific to what the athlete's needs are. This could include strengthening weak areas, bringing relief to tight areas, focusing on their sport-specific strengths, & reducing imbalance between flexibility & strength. The level in which the athlete is placed will be determined by the trainer upon review of the initial assessment. There are 3 levels, beginner, moderate, & intermediate, all incorporating varied weight and non-weight-bearing exercises. Athletes will also be coached through how to deal with physical and mental stress associated with their sport(s) & other life stressors. They will learn why stress is damaging, long-term & how to properly address it and shut it down before it becomes a problem. This program also includes nutrition coaching. All athletes have very specific nutrition needs to fuel their bodies & prevent malnutrition. The trainer will help the athlete understand why nutrition is so important and cannot be ignored or taken lightly.

If, for any reason you must cancel your membership, please send notice to our office or your personal trainer notifying them of the cancellation. All fees must be paid for the month (if you have already begun the month) and cannot be refunded.
