Localized Muscle Massage

Service Description

In this session, we teach you how to use localized massage on yourself. Massage is great for minor tears, injuries, sore muscles, or to relieve tension in localized areas of the body. We use calming and healing oils and rubs to help your muscles relax and repair quicker. The massage time varies depending on the area of the body needing work. We recommend this massage for athletes before and after their sport as well as after any of our classes. The price includes a 1-time session.

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time. If, for any reason you must cancel your membership, please send notice to our office or your trainer/specialist notifying them of the cancellation. All fees must be paid for the month (if you have already begun the month) and cannot be refunded.
