Amanda Howard
Amanda specializes in functional training techniques and neuromuscular training for injury risk reduction. For the past 12 years, she has worked alongside her grandmother, a Naturopathic doctor to learn many facets of functional medicine. Using this knowledge, and over a decade of personal research, Amanda has created programs that combine prevention methods for injuries and illness while also incorporating neurological support for nervous system balance.
As a dance teacher and Athletic Injury Prevention Specialist, Amanda works with athletes, dancers, and performers to help them with proper training techniques, flexibility and ROM training, strength, and movement. The goal of the specialized programs she has created is to provide a healthy, pain-free career and retirement without degradation to joints and important connective tissue. This extends from our littlest dancers to our adult dancers.
