Reassessing FBCA

Service Description

If you have gone through additional testing after going through your initial Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, you can book this reassessment. Your assessor will go over past files and new files to reassess. Please include all further testing upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time. If, for any reason you must cancel your membership, please send notice to our office or your trainer/specialist notifying them of the cancellation. All fees must be paid for the month (if you have already begun the month) and cannot be refunded.
