Reassessing FBCA
Service Description
If you have already gone through an initial FBCA and have had testing done within 6 months of the original date of your assessment, you book a reassessment. Your assessor will use past files to reassess. *If you have not gone through a Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis in over 6 months, you will be required to book the full service for your records to remain up-to-date.*
Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 72 hours ahead of time. Cancellations made past 72 hours will result in payment in full that is non-refundable. If, for any reason you must cancel your membership, please send notice to our office or your trainer/specialist notifying them of the cancellation. All fees must be paid for the month (if you have already begun the month) and cannot be refunded.
