Fitness Assessment

Service Description

This assessment is required for all new clients going through any of our Personal Training programs and select group classes. If you are unsure of whether or not you need to take this assessment, please contact us. This assessment requires that you arrive in-person in comfortable clothing. Upon booking, you will receive an email with all the information you will need to know before arriving. You will also be sent a nutrition assessment which you can fill out and bring with you or send back via email.

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time. If, for any reason you must cancel your membership, please send notice to our office or your trainer/specialist notifying them of the cancellation. All fees must be paid for the month (if you have already begun the month) and cannot be refunded.
