Service Description
If you are a first-time client, we offer a FREE, 20-minute introductory consultation which you can register for using our Contact Us page. This introductory consultation is limited to 1 per client. For returning clients who are interested in speaking with our trainers about next steps in their health and fitness journey, this consultation is for you! Upon booking, you will receive an intake form that will help us tailor your consultation and make the process a lot smoother.
Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 72 hours ahead of time. Cancellations made past 72 hours will result in payment in full that is non-refundable. If, for any reason you must cancel your membership, please send notice to our office or your trainer/specialist notifying them of the cancellation. All fees must be paid for the month (if you have already begun the month) and cannot be refunded.
