​When you sign up with one of our Personal Trainers, you will receive a month's worth of:

• personalized menu plans, recipes, and shopping lists

• weekly, personalized fitness routines with your trainer

• and weekly workouts and check-ins with your trainer

 

​Clients will learn everything they need to know about how to be nutritionally healthy as well as physically fit based on their personal goals and wellness needs. They will learn how to properly incorporate hormone cycling as well as injury risk reduction techniques to further enhance their overall experience. Before beginning your personal training program, an initial assessment is required to ensure that you get the best out of your program.

 

Training is typically done in person but can be adjusted for online depending on availability and location. Personal Trainers will monitor each workout to help the client avoid injury and encourage proper form. All Personal Training services can be renewed monthly and/or can be booked up to 4-months in advance.

 

The individual pricing includes 2 sessions per week with the Personal Fitness Trainer for 1 month. Add-on's are available if you would like more time with your trainer including foam rolling sessions and/or localized muscle massage.

 

All of our classes are taught by highly trained and NCSF certified instructors. We carefully craft our choreography along with targeted stretches in order to produce long and sculpted muscles and flexibility. You will be challenged based on your own physical needs and will, hopefully walk out of our classes feeling strong and inspired.
