Service Description
These workouts incorporate a calming, low-impact movement experience designed to help release tension and reduce stress. Set in a warm candlelit atmosphere, this class blends gentle exercise, breathwork, and mindful stretching to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and restored.

Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 72 hours ahead of time. Cancellations made past 72 hours will result in payment in full that is non-refundable. If, for any reason you must cancel your membership, please send notice to our office or your trainer/specialist notifying them of the cancellation. All fees must be paid for the month (if you have already begun the month) and cannot be refunded.
