Students will begin learning basic ballet terms and how to perform them correctly including port de bras and positions. They will work on developing correct posture, alignment, and coordination both at the barre and in the center. Musicality will also continue to be taught through rhythm and tempo exercises.

 

At the end of the year, students will be performing a small piece of choreography in the End-of-Year Showcase.

Young ladies are required to wear light blue leotards, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes (leather or canvas). Skirts are optional but not required. Leotards that include skirts or tutus are optional but not required (however, they are encouraged). Hair must be pulled back in a bun or ponytail. Braids are acceptable as well.

Young men are required to wear white dance t-shirts, black tights/pants or dance shorts, and black ballet shoes (canvas or leather).

 

Our schedule is still pending for our 2026/27 dance year. Please check back closer to May 1st, 2026.

An annual registration fee is required. Registration closes on August 28th. Classes begin August 31st, 2026.

Monthly Tuition per Student:

$48/month ($432 annually)

​

​We accept checks (made out to Providence Arts LLC), cash, and card (3% surcharge added). Invoices will be sent out on the first Monday of each month and must be paid within 7 days ($15 late fee will be required if your invoice is not paid within 10 days).

For PEP and Step Up programs, please provide the teacher with a pre-filled receipt to sign after class.
