When I first came to Amanda I was feeling very poorly. Not only had I been struggling with my weight for years, I was tired all the time, suffering with multiple digestive issues, sleep disturbances and constant headaches. I thought I was eating healthy on my own but the scale kept creeping up and I was getting no relief from my symptoms. I had a terrible relationship with food. I have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life. I’d try any new fad diet lose weight, hit a wall and gain it all back and some. Because of this I had an unhealthy relationship with food. I also suffer from Hypothyroidism which has always made losing weight harder. After my initial consultation with Amanda I had so much useful information that I was confident she could help me. I just completed my third week and I am down 10 pounds. I don't feel deprived at all because I get to enjoy some of my favorite things, including chocolate! Amanda’s program is super easy to follow and she is always available when I have questions.
