Repertoire & Performance
Grade 5-adult

This class allows students to learn famous variations and excerpts from a variety of famous ballets (i.e., Coppelia, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Serenade, etc.) while incorporating ballet "acting" to further enhance their performance skills. Students will be turning their technique into art as use their whole bodies to perform and tell a story.

During repertoire class, dancers will learn how to use basic performance acting techniques, using their hand, feet, arm, and head movements to tell a full story. They will also learn basic musicality by recognizing rhythm and tempo. (limit 6 students to a class)

Students enrolled in this class will be performing their finalized piece for the end-of-year showcase.

This class is open to non-registered LBVD students as well to enhance their training.​​​

​Young ladies are required to wear any color leotard they are currently wearing in their ballet class, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes (leather or canvas). Skirts are optional but not required. Hair MUST be pulled back into a bun. Those with shorter hair that will not go into a bun must have it pulled back into ponytail. Students will be required to have their hair fixed before entering the classroom.

Young men are required to wear white dance t-shirts, black tights/pants or dance shorts, and black ballet shoes (canvas or leather). Dance belts are required.

An annual registration fee is required. Registration closes on August 28th. Classes begin August 31st, 2026.

Monthly Tuition per Student:

$48/month ($432 annually)

$90/month for 2 classes/week ($810 annually)

$140/month for 3 classes/week ($1,260 annually)

$190/month for 4 classes/week ($1,710 annually)

5th class is free

​We accept checks (made out to Providence Arts LLC), cash, and card (3% surcharge added). Invoices will be sent out on the first Monday of each month and must be paid within 7 days ($15 late fee will be required if your invoice is not paid within 10 days).

For PEP and Step Up programs, please provide the teacher with a pre-filled receipt to sign after class.
