Detoxing After the Holidays

January 5, 2018

You've enjoyed the hot cocoa & marshmallows, the goodies from your stocking, delicious desserts at Christmas parties, and more. If you're like me, you are probably starting to feel a little run-down and...blah!

I love Christmas and all the treats that come with it, but afterward, I feel as if I could sleep all day. The best way to get your body back in shape for the New Year is by doing a detox to remove all the toxins that have built up over the holidays as well as inflammation. I will be starting a 5-day juice detox after the New Year (Jan. 8) to refresh and renew. You are welcome to join me as I will be posting updates every day.
