Service Description

This package includes 1-month of fitness training, 1-month of nutrition coaching, and the initial health and fitness assessments.

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time. If, for any reason you must cancel your membership, please send notice to our office or your personal trainer notifying them of the cancellation. All fees must be paid for the month (if you have already begun the month) and cannot be refunded.
