La Belle Vie or “The Beautiful Life” is exactly what we hope to inspire in everything we do. As a Christian company, we work with clients on their physical health but also their mental and spiritual as well because they are all interconnected and can lead to dysfunction.
We combine functional nutrition and fitness training to help female dancers & athletes of all ages restore liver health and balance their hormones for healthier menstrual cycles, menopause transition, fertility, and support before, during, and after pregnancy.
At La Belle Vie, illness and injury risk reduction are brought to you to discourage further decline and premature aging. We want YOU to be able to take charge of your own health & fitness through simple, functional practices that incorporate your individual biochemistry as well as cultivating your mental and spiritual health. PREVENTION is our motto, and we hold firmly to that in all our services, including in our dance company.
Our programs focus a lot of effort into healing the liver (which is the foundation of overall health), balancing hormones (including thyroid & adrenal), and lowering inflammation to prevent illnesses and further decline.
As artists, we look at the bigger picture; where we want a client to end up based on their big-picture goals. As they go through a program, these goals are fine-tuned, altered, and made more specific to achieve that larger goal. Things are never black and white; they evolve with the client as they learn their own strengths and weaknesses. And then the work of art that is that client unfolds slowly, revealing everything they have been working so hard to create - a masterpiece.

When I first came to Amanda I was feeling very poorly. Not only had I been struggling with my weight for years, I was tired all the time, suffering with multiple digestive issues, sleep disturbances and constant headaches. I thought I was eating healthy on my own but the scale kept creeping up and I was getting no relief from my symptoms. I had a terrible relationship with food. Everything seemed to make me feel terrible and I had gotten to where I didn’t really eat much of anything. After just a few short weeks of her program, I saw a massive improvement in my symptoms and my weight finally started to go down. I am finally eating real food that tastes good and I am never hungry. I have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life. I’d try any new fad diet lose weight, hit a wall and gain it all back and some. Because of this I had an unhealthy relationship with food. I also suffer from Hypothyroidism which has always made losing weight harder. After my initial consultation with Amanda I had so much useful information that I was confident she could help me. I just completed my third week and I am down 10 pounds. I don't feel deprived at all because I get to enjoy some of my favorite things, including chocolate! Amanda’s program is super easy to follow and she is always available when I have questions.
